Direct line support which includes, but is not limited to, training, creating and revising documents and procedures, and questions relating to your Quality Management System. This can be performed through email, phone calls or virtual applications. Monthly and Annual subscriptions available.
The subscription is a resource we needed but never had as a Quality Managers. It is a way to continue to support our existing customers, but also to provide a service to anyone interested.
An hour a month to:
• ask questions about the requirement
• ways to meet the requirement
• ideas for documents
• help drafting or revising procedures
• answers to changes to your certification
• any other questions you may have
• “Go to Meeting” so we can work virtually or via email or on the phone.
